Kao which is a Japanese brand are giving away samples of their popular MegRhythm Steam Eye Masks which helps to relieve, relax and brighten your eyes. The mask heats up to 40°C and you should have it on for at least 10 minutes but it’s so relaxing that I always end up falling asleep! They also come in different scents but I’ve only tried the camomile-ginger mask which is supposed to calm you and relieve stress. These eye masks are great for people like me who spend most of the time staring at a computer and it’s also good if you have trouble falling asleep or to freshen up your eyes when travelling.
