It’s been 1 year since BBounce Studio, Singapore’s first rebounding fitness studio, opened in The Centrepoint shopping centre. To celebrate their anniversary, they’re holding a party at their studio on Friday 28th July starting at 6.30pm with free rebounding classes, performances and a health talk. There will also be competitions and prizes to be won as well as light refreshments being served all night. For those of you who don’t know what rebounding is, it’s a cardio workout using a mini trampoline called a Rebounder and it helps to increase your strength, aerobic fitness and flexibility.
